Vermont OVNF Starter Kit Trade Terms: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

How a first order usually runs

OVNF Starter Kit has matured from a novelty SKU into a core category that anchors the counter and the webshop alike. Retailers tell us the segment now accounts for a growing share of basket value, especially when the range is presented with clear flavor organization and dependable batch quality. Our wholesale program is designed to make that presentation easy, from master-carton packing to point-of-sale materials.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Vermont shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

The fastest way to a landed quotation is a message with your target quantity, destination and flavor preferences. Send it on WhatsApp or WeChat to +86 13711127975 and a trade specialist replies with unit pricing, freight options and current stock positions.

Retail presentation and display support

Online retail performs best when listings lead with accurate specs and real product images — both of which we supply. Clean white-background shots and flavor descriptions mean a new ovnf starter kit range can be live within hours of stock arriving.

Retail presentation for ovnf starter kit starts at the factory. Single units are sealed in foil pouches or blister cards with tamper-evident marks, grouped in inner trays of ten, and loaded into five-layer export master cartons that survive long-haul handling.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Vermont order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.

Practical checklist

• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand

Packaging standards for export cartons

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next ovnf starter kit shipment to Vermont.

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Pre-shipment inspection draws an AQL sample from the finished ovnf starter kit run, testing draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and seal integrity. The report accompanies the shipping confirmation, along with loading photographs.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Production begins with incoming inspection: cells are sorted for capacity and internal resistance, e-liquid batches are verified for nicotine content and density, and structural components are checked against the approved sample. Only released materials reach the ovnf starter kit line.
