OVNF Starter Kit Shipping & Freight in Nigeria: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Payment terms for Nigeria accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Retail presentation and display support

Online retail performs best when listings lead with accurate specs and real product images — both of which we supply. Clean white-background shots and flavor descriptions mean a new ovnf starter kit range can be live within hours of stock arriving.

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Practical checklist

• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity

Compliance paperwork for Nigeria imports

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.
