OVNF Starter Kit Reorder Program Notes for Canada Trade Buyers

Timing orders around the production calendar

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including TPD — before goods leave.

Stock rotation at the Canada warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

Flavor planning for the Canada market

Flavor preference varies sharply by region, and our shipping data reflects it: fruit and ice lines dominate in warmer markets, while tobacco and dessert profiles hold steady in cooler ones. New customers are welcome to ask for a flavor recommendation mix matched to Canada rather than guessing.

Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.

Payment terms for Canada accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Compliance paperwork for Canada imports

Compliance for ovnf starter kit varies by destination, and we treat paperwork as part of the product. Depending on the market we provide FCC documentation, ingredient disclosures, nicotine content statements and battery transport paperwork such as UN38.3 and MSDS for the cells.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Canada: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Canada orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.
