Sri Lanka OVNF Starter Kit Packaging & Cartons: What Wholesale Buyers Should Know

After-sales support and claims handling

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

First orders from Sri Lanka rarely need to be large. A mixed ovnf starter kit carton starting at 500 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

Container and pallet economics for Sri Lanka

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Sri Lanka orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Comparing quotations the professional way

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including ISO 9001 — before goods leave.

Private-label projects for Sri Lanka brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Automated filling and sealing controls dosage precision and prevents the leakage that plagues cheap wholesale stock. Devices then pass through draw-activation testing, airflow calibration and visual checks before batching.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Sri Lanka shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Sri Lanka: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.
