Uruguay OVNF Starter Kit OEM Service: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Uruguay orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Timing orders around the production calendar

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Private-label projects for Uruguay brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

When destination rules in Uruguay change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.

Practical checklist

• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering

Documents that travel with every shipment

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Uruguay launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Uruguay order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.

Container and pallet economics for Uruguay

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shanghai Yangshan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 10 to 15 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Uruguay launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.
