OVNF Starter Kit Flavor Range Checklist for Israel Trade Buyers

Freight options from Shenzhen to Israel

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Hong Kong and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Stock rotation at the Israel warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

The VapeWholesaleHub catalog stays deliberately focused: ovnf starter kit and the categories around it, stocked deep. For Israel buyers that means honest availability answers instead of guesses forwarded to third parties.

After-sales support and claims handling

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Israel launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Practical checklist

• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays

Retail presentation and display support

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Buyers across Israel usually start a ovnf starter kit conversation with two questions: what is in stock today, and when it can be on a truck. Ready-stock lines move within days, while production batches follow the 3 to 5 working days window the desk confirms with the quotation.

Timing orders around the production calendar

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including UN38.3 — before goods leave.

Distributors covering Israel often ask about territory planning. Because the flavor range program is built on reorder volume rather than one-off deals, the desk shares regional demand context before commitments are made.
