OVNF Starter Kit Customs Clearance Checklist for India Trade Buyers

Freight options from Shenzhen to India

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Hong Kong and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Stock rotation at the India warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

Compliance paperwork for India imports

Battery shipments follow applicable transport regulation: cells are packed at safe state-of-charge, cartons carry the proper marks, and documentation accompanies the goods. Forwarders familiar with lithium-ion consumer goods consistently clear our shipments without the delays that hit poorly documented competitors.

Every quotation for India separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and India trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Practical checklist

• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays

Retail presentation and display support

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

First orders from India rarely need to be large. A mixed ovnf starter kit carton starting at a 50-carton master case tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

At retail, ovnf starter kit benefits from simple merchandising: flavor families grouped together, price points clearly marked, and counter display units that hold the core range in one visual block. Shops using this layout report faster decisions and higher multi-unit purchases.

After-sales support and claims handling

Distributors highlight the paperwork side. Customs-cleared shipments with complete documents, accurate packing lists and responsive freight coordination reduce the total landed cost far more than haggling over cents on unit price.

Regional flavor data matters more than most buyers expect. Reorder patterns from previous India seasons are available on request, and the desk uses them to suggest a ovnf starter kit opening mix that matches local sell-through instead of a generic bestseller list.
