OVNF Starter Kit Customs Clearance Checklist for Colombia Trade Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your Colombia warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Regional flavor data matters more than most buyers expect. Reorder patterns from previous Colombia seasons are available on request, and the desk uses them to suggest a ovnf starter kit opening mix that matches local sell-through instead of a generic bestseller list.

Freight options from Shenzhen to Colombia

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Hong Kong and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Colombia shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Ningbo-Zhoushan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Practical checklist

• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity

Private-label options for Colombia brands

Custom packaging is where own-brand programs win at retail. We produce retail blister cards, display boxes of 10, counter CDU units and flavor-guide cards, all matching your artwork. Files are checked by our pre-press team before printing to avoid the font and barcode errors that delay first launches.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Colombia trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Private-label ovnf starter kit is available for buyers building their own brand. The process starts with a specification sheet — puffs, nicotine strength, flavor list, colors and packaging — followed by a digital mockup, a physical sample and then production. Typical lead time runs 3 to 5 working days including sample approval.

After-sales support and claims handling

Online sellers value the asset pack: clean product images, flavor descriptions and spec tables mean a new ovnf starter kit listing can go live the day stock lands, instead of waiting on a photoshoot.

Private-label projects for Colombia brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

First orders from Colombia rarely need to be large. A mixed ovnf starter kit carton starting at 500 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.
