OVNF Starter Kit Container Loads Notes for Greece Trade Buyers

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to Greece.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Greece trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Every quotation for Greece separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Storage and shelf life at your Greece warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Freight to Greece runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.

Documents that travel with every shipment

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

Sample policy and product evaluation

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Online sellers value the asset pack: clean product images, flavor descriptions and spec tables mean a new ovnf starter kit listing can go live the day stock lands, instead of waiting on a photoshoot.
