Nevada OVNF Starter Kit Compliance Documents: What Wholesale Buyers Should Know

Packaging standards for export cartons

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Nevada: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Hong Kong, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 10 to 15 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Nevada trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Timing orders around the production calendar

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Nevada shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.
