OVNF Starter Kit Bulk Supply Checklist for Washington Trade Buyers

Working with the VapeWholesaleHub trade desk

The fastest way to a landed quotation is a message with your target quantity, destination and flavor preferences. Send it on WhatsApp or WeChat to +86 13711127975 and a trade specialist replies with unit pricing, freight options and current stock positions.

Retail feedback from Washington repeats one pattern: customers come back for the same flavor when batch quality is stable. That repeat behavior is worth more than a one-cent saving on the first order.

Freight options from Shenzhen to Washington

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Freight to Washington runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Hong Kong, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 10 to 15 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Practical checklist

• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims

Private-label options for Washington brands

OEM customers own the relationship with their market while we stay invisible: neutral packing, no supplier paperwork in the carton, and no contact with your end customers. Many of today's regional ovnf starter kit brands started as a single master-canon test order through this program.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Washington trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.
